What you get

Specified for the job the floor actually does

A warehouse floor and a showroom floor face completely different loads. We spec the system; base, build, and topcoat; to the traffic, chemicals, and schedule your business runs on.

Diamond-ground, load-tested prep

We grind the slab to an open concrete profile, chase and fill cracks and joints, and moisture-test before spec’ing the system; so the build holds up under racking, pallet jacks, and forklift traffic.

High-build epoxy system

A pigmented, 100%-solids high-build base engineered for chemical exposure and wash-down; built up to the mil thickness the space actually needs, not a one-size-fits-all coat.

Fast-cure polyaspartic topcoat

A chemical- and abrasion-resistant wear layer that cures fast enough to schedule around your business hours; most bays and aisles are back in service in 24–48 hours, not a week.

FAQ

Commercial & industrial questions, answered straight

  • Yes; that is what a high-build industrial system is spec’d for. We build the base up to the mil thickness and compressive rating the traffic demands, then bond it mechanically to a diamond-ground slab so it does not delaminate under wheel loads.

  • That is a core part of the spec. Our commercial systems are formulated for chemical exposure and wash-down; oil, degreasers, and standing water wipe off a seamless, non-porous surface instead of soaking into concrete.

  • Yes. For kitchens and wash-down environments we spec a seamless, non-porous system with coved base details where needed, so there are no grout lines or seams for bacteria to collect in and the floor stands up to routine sanitizing.

  • We schedule around your operating hours and, where the job allows, work in sections so part of the floor stays open. Our fast-cure polyaspartic topcoats typically return to service in 24–48 hours; most shops and warehouses are back up over a single weekend.
