Resinate Epoxy
- Lifespan 15–20+ years
- Hot tires Excellent resistance
- Surface Fully seamless & sanitary
- Chemicals & salt Sealed & resistant
- Prep Diamond grind, always
- Finishes Metallic, flake, gloss
We diamond-grind every slab, install industrial-grade resin systems, and back it in writing. No peeling, no yellowing, no hardware-store shortcuts; just a floor that outlasts the cheap bid.
Anyone can pour resin. The difference between a floor that lasts fifteen years and one that peels in two is everything that happens before the finish coat.
Every slab is diamond-ground to a proper concrete profile so the resin mechanically bonds. Cut-rate installers roll product over swept concrete; that is why it peels.
Hydrostatic pressure destroys coatings from underneath. We test slab moisture and mitigate it before a drop of resin goes down.
A real floor is a multi-coat, high-solids build many times thicker than a DIY kit; measured, not guessed, to match your traffic.

Residential or commercial, we spec and install the right system for the slab in front of us; never a one-size coating.

They ground the whole slab down before coating; you could see the difference from the cut-rate quote I almost took. Two winters in and it looks showroom-new. Flawless.
Our basement went from cold concrete to a room we actually use. The moisture testing they did up front is why it still looks perfect a year later.
We run a busy auto shop and needed a floor that could take forklifts and oil. Resinate spec’d the right system and had us running again in a weekend.
The metallic floor in our showroom stops people at the door. Genuinely a piece of art, and just as tough as the garage they did for us.
Straight answers, fixed cracks properly, showed up when they said. The pour looks poured-in-place perfect. Worth every dollar over the cheap bids.
I got three quotes. Resinate was not the cheapest, but they were the only ones who talked about prep and mil thickness. Now I understand why theirs lasts.

The questions GTA homeowners and businesses ask us most.
Most residential garage floors fall between $4 and $9 per square foot depending on the system, slab condition, and finish. Metallic and heavy industrial floors cost more. Because prep is where quality lives, we quote after seeing the slab; no lowball number that balloons on install day.
A typical single or double garage is a one-day install with our fast-cure polyaspartic topcoat. You can usually walk on it the same evening and park on it within 24–48 hours. Larger commercial jobs are scheduled in phases to limit downtime.
DIY kits are thin water-based coatings rolled onto unprepared concrete, which is why they peel and lift under hot tires within a year or two. We diamond-grind the slab to a proper profile and install a high-solids system many times thicker; the difference between a floor and a paint job.
Yes. We offer flexible financing on larger residential and commercial projects so you can get the floor done right now and spread the cost. Ask about current terms when you request your quote.
Every Resinate residential floor is backed by a 15-year workmanship and adhesion warranty. Commercial systems carry a warranty matched to the specified build. If it peels or delaminates from a workmanship defect, we make it right.
Usually, yes; that is exactly what proper prep is for. We chase and fill cracks, repair spalled areas, and moisture-test before coating. Severely damaged slabs may need resurfacing first, which we also do in-house.
Prep, products and the questions we get asked on every estimate — explained by the crew that does the work.
Epoxy floors do not fail because of the resin. They fail because of what happened — or did not happen — to the concrete underneath it. Here is what proper preparation involves and why we will not skip a step of it.
