What you get

A three-layer system, not a coat of paint

Every Resinate garage floor is a measured, multi-coat build installed over properly prepared concrete. That is the whole difference between fifteen years and two.

Diamond-ground preparation

We grind the slab to an open concrete profile, chase and fill every crack, and moisture-test before a drop of resin goes down.

High-solids epoxy base & flake broadcast

A pigmented 100%-solids basecoat, broadcast to refusal with decorative flake in the blend you choose from our showroom samples.

UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat

A clear industrial wear layer that shrugs off road salt, oil, and hot tires; and never yellows in the sun. Walk-ready the same evening.

FAQ

Garage floor questions, answered straight

  • Most two-car garages are ground, repaired, coated, and flaked in a single day. The polyaspartic topcoat is walk-ready the same evening and takes vehicle traffic after 24–48 hours.

  • Not on a properly prepared floor. Hot-tire pickup happens when coatings sit on sealed or dusty concrete. Because we diamond-grind to an open profile and use a 100%-solids base, the bond is mechanical; and covered in writing for 15 years.

  • Usually, yes. Crack-chasing, spall repair, and oil-stain remediation are part of our standard prep. Severely damaged slabs may need resurfacing first, which we also do in-house.

  • A dust mop and the occasional wet mop with a neutral cleaner. The floor is seamless and non-porous, so salt, oil, and slush wipe up instead of soaking in.
