Agreement

By using this website or submitting one of its forms, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What this website is

This site describes the resin flooring services offered by Resinate Epoxy Flooring and lets you ask us for an estimate. Everything on it — pricing ranges, timelines, service descriptions, photographs of past work — is provided for general information.

Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a fixed price. Floor coating work depends on the condition of the existing slab, moisture levels, the size and layout of the space, and the finish you choose. A real price can only be given after we have inspected the space.

Requesting an estimate

• Submitting a form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a date, or oblige either of us to proceed.
• Please give accurate contact details. If the phone number or email address is wrong, we cannot reach you and the request goes nowhere.
• Estimates are free and carry no obligation. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe us nothing.
• A written estimate is valid for the period stated on it. Material costs move, and an old quote may need revisiting.

The work itself

If you accept an estimate, the work is governed by the written contract signed by both parties. That contract — not this page and not any description on this website — sets out the scope, the price, the schedule, the payment terms, and the warranty that applies to your job. Where this page and a signed contract disagree, the contract governs.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is stated in your contract. A warranty covers defects in our workmanship and in the coating system as installed. It does not cover damage from misuse, impact, unapproved chemicals, alterations by others, structural movement of the slab, or moisture entering from below where no vapour barrier was installed at our recommendation and declined.

Photographs and content

The text, photographs, logos, and design of this website belong to Resinate Epoxy Flooring. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Photographs show work we have completed; the appearance of a finished floor varies with the substrate, the lighting, and the finish selected, so your floor will not be pixel-identical to a photograph.

Communications

By providing your phone number and ticking the consent box, you agree we may contact you by phone, email, and text message about your enquiry. Text message terms, including how to opt out, are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false information, or another person's details without their permission.
• Use our forms to send advertising, bulk messages, or anything unlawful.
• Attempt to gain access to any part of this site you have not been given access to, or to interfere with its normal operation.

Limits

This website is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available as best we reasonably can, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here rather than on a written estimate or contract. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law; including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Some pages embed maps or link to other websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. Any dispute falls to the courts of Ontario.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies, so the date above is worth a glance if it matters to you.
